Silva Construction & Demolition, Inc offers a variety of dumpster sizes to suit different needs, including 10-yard, 20-yard, and 30-yard dumpsters. The 10-yard dumpster is great for small cleanouts or minor renovation projects, while the 30-yard dumpster is ideal for large construction or demolition jobs.

The cost is determined on the dumpster size, location, the duration of the rental, and the type of waste you’re disposing of. Our prices include delivery, pickup, and a set weight limit. Additional charges may apply if the dumpster is overloaded, you require a longer rental period or additional trips.

You can dispose of most household, construction, and demolition debris in our dumpsters. However, there are restrictions on hazardous materials such as paints, oils, asbestos, chemical products, tires, and batteries. It’s best to check with us for a complete list of prohibited items.

Silva Construction & Demolition, Inc has a standard rental periods of 14 days included. Anything over 14 days is an additional $10 per day.

Before a container arrives consider the following:

– Wood to put underneath the container to protect your driveway.

– If putting the container on the street, provide around 4 to 5 car lengths of space for the truck and container.

– If putting the container in the driveway, please provide space across the street for the truck to reverse into the driveway.

– Driveway must be 10 feet wide

– Consider an additional 3 feet behind the container for safe delivery.

Every town is different. Please call your local municipality for more information. “No Parking” signs may be available when acquiring permits.
